Space:
Paul Bunyan Mountain & Blues Festival and Grass Drag Races!
July 3rd and 4th, 2009
Vendor Packet

Set up can take place anytime after 10:00 am on Friday, July 3rd and must be
completed by 8:00 am on Saturday, July 4th. No vendors will be allowed to set up
after 8:00 am. Set up may be taken down anytime after 6:00 pm on Saturday, July
4th. Each vendor will be assigned a space prior to the event. A notice will be posted
at each entrance to the park with the business name and space number.
Additionally, staff will be available on Friday, July 3rd to assist you with the space
location. Otherwise, you will be given your space assignment on the day of the
event. Staff will arrive at 7:00am to provide assistance.
Products:
We will make every effort to assign your 10X10 space with regard to your specific
product to avoid positioning like products close to one another. To assist with this
process, please state the full nature of your products on the agreement form. If an
item of sale is not within the nature listed on the form, you will be in violation of the
agreement and may be asked not to display the item, or even to leave the event.
The Westwood Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the exclusive right to sell
sodas and alcohol at the festival. No used merchandise, weapons or paraphernalia
may be sold at the festival.
Garbage:
It is your responsibility to remove all garbage from your space. Do Not put your
boxes, packing materials, etc. in any cans located in the festival area. These cans
are for the exclusive use of festival patrons. A disposal site is located outside of
the park at the far end of the parking lot. All boxes must be broken down. A
cleaning fee of $50 will be assessed to any vendor whose site is not cleared of all
debris at the end of the festival.
Passes:
Vendors are allowed a maximum of 2 people per booth. If your booth requires
additional staff, they must pay a gate fee.
